Journal of History of Literature (J Hist Lit) is an open access double-blind peer-reviewed semiannual journal published by Shahid Beheshti University which publish original full-length articles, reviews, and letters pertinent to all related fields of History of Literature specially Persian Language & Literature. The journal provides an intellectual platform for novel researchers working on issues related to the History of Literature. It was founded in response to the rapid advancements in the field and is dedicated to publishing the highest-quality research studies that report findings on issues of great concern to the profession of Persian Literature History.

Aims and Scope
The Journal of History of Literature (J Hist Lit), established in 2008, is a double-blind peer-reviewed semiannually journal, owned, managed & published by Shahid Beheshti University. The journal publishes original research articles that lead to the novel knowledge, innovation and understanding of the field of History of Perisna Literature. The journal scope includes but are not restricted to, the following areas:
Journal of History of Literature is accredited by the Scientific Publications Commission of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology. The journal has been ranked as Grade A in the latest evaluation of science, research and technology.
Language
The journal is published in Persian, with abstracts provided in English.

The Journal of History of Literature is published semiannually.

Journal of History of Literature is published as an open access electronic journal, so there is no subscription fee for audiences.
