From the beginning of the emergence of cinema as a new and influential tool in expressing the feelings, emotions, thoughts and perception of contemporary man, the issue of adapting the stories of new and old authors, famous and not famous, has been the basis of making movies. This type of use of literature in cinema, in addition to creating a story ground for making movies, has made it possible to introduce the literature and culture of each country to other nations. In this regard, in the review of Persian literature in different periods, many examples can be found that have the ability to be adapted to make a movie due to their many dramatic features. In this article, an attempt is made to show the content and structure of one of these works, i.e. Tarikh-I Bayhaqi, and show its dramatic aspects from some angles. Therefore, some prominent features of this work are mentioned, such as the story and narrative form, visual adventures, dramatic characterization, as well as distinct but continuous parts of the text, which require the ability to convert it into a three-act screenplay. In addition to that, the rich and moral content of the work, along with the space and images presented in the text, is considered as a suitable ground for adapting a movie script and making a valuable film.
