Free poetry of the 1970s and, in other words, modern Persian poetry from 1370 to 1380, although it is a continuation of the poetry of the previous decade, it has characteristics that distinguish it from the poetry of other periods. The results of the studies and examination of the poems of prominent figures of this period show that, in this period, some of the dominant ideas, including the contexts of epic speech and the elements of wartime poetry, are abandoned and instead, desperate and hopeless thoughts, meaninglessness and partiality and turning away from grand narratives and great ideals have been taken into consideration.
