Although experts have not given a precise and clear definition of literary style and stylistics, with a general view, it can be interpreted as a special way of understanding and expressing thoughts through words. In the stylistic analysis of a text, its elements are identified and then their connection and mutual influence is examined. In this article, the stylistic analysis of a group of literary works titled "Religious Epics" is discussed. Since each literary work, while having individual characteristics, shares some traits and characteristics with the same group of works, in this method of stylistics it is possible for the groups of religious epics, which are common in terms of subject and literary genre, to be viewed from the same lens. Religious epic is one of the types of epic that is considered as a sub-group of historical epic and its subject is the description of bravery of religious heroes. The number of these often beautiful and heartwarming verses in Persian literature is large, and the date of their oldest composition dates back to the fifth century of Hijri. "Ali Namah" is the oldest known epic poem. "Hamle-ye Heydari" by Bazel and Raji and "Khavran-Nama" by Ibn Hesam Khosfi are among the most famous of these epics. The research method in the present article is documentary and using the content analysis method. In this article, after providing brief explanations about "stylistics", "epics" and "religious epics", the study of the style of these works, especially the most famous ones, is devoted. Considering the need to pay attention to the three linguistic, intellectual, and literary levels in stylistic studies, in this review, the internal and external aspects of epic poems in three main parts: "semantic and content features", "linguistic and formal features" and "literary and visual features" have been discussed.
