Knowing these historical changes and understanding the political atmosphere of Sepehri’s time will be very effective in knowing and understanding the symbols in " The Death of Color " which shows itself in the form of a combination of words such as darkness, loneliness, destruction, alienation and similar themes. Because the mind of the audience gets acquainted with the atmosphere of the author's life by taking into account the prevailing atmosphere of the society and the conditions of the creation of the work in its historical context. Wilhelm Dilthey's hermeneutic theory is based on understanding the work with a historical perspective. Based on the theory of historicism, Dilthey believes that the understanding of any work will not be possible except by knowing and understanding the historical environment in which the work was produced. In this way, it will be possible to understand the text with the help of the mental transfer of the audience from their era to the era of the author. Therefore, this research intends to analyze Sepehri's discourse in "The Death of Color" by considering Dilthey’s historicist hermeneutic principles. مجموعه اشعار «مرگ رنگ» سپهری، از منظر تاریخی، در شرایطی سروده شد که فضای سیاسی و اجتماعی آن روز ایران، آبستن تحوّلات سرنوشت سازی برای ملّت بود. شناخت این تحوّلات تاریخی و درک فضای سیاسی عصر سپهری، در شناخت و درک نمادهای موجود در «مرگ رنگ» که خود را به صورت همنشینی واژگانی چون تاریکی، تنهایی، خرابی، ویرانی، ظلمت، غراب و مضامینی از این دست نشان می دهد، بسیار مؤثّر خواهد بود. زیرا ذهن مخاطب، با در نظر داشتن فضای حاکم بر جامعه و شرایط تحقّق اثر در بستر تاریخی آن، به شناخت فضای زندگی مؤلّف دست می یابد. نظریّة هرمنوتیکی ویلهلم دیلتای، بر مبنای رسیدن به فهم اثر با نگرش تاریخی بنا شده است. دیلتای بر اساس نظریّة تاریخ گرایی، معتقد است که فهم هر اثر جز با شناخت و درک فضای تاریخی ای که اثر در آن تولید گردیده، میسّر نخواهد شد. بدین ترتیب، فهم متن به مددِ عملِ انتقالِ ذهنیِ مخاطب از عصر خود به عصر مؤلّف امکان پذیر خواهد شد. از این رو، این پژوهش در نظر دارد با توجّه به اصول هرمنوتیک تاریخ گرایانة دیلتای، به تحلیل گفتمان سپهری در «مرگ رنگ» بپردازد. https://hlit.sbu.ac.ir/article_98762_2d1e277a0f908bc7df9edd1b24539d40.pdf
